Quadcopter altitude estimation using low-cost barometric, infrared, ultrasonic and LIDAR sensors

چکیده
The goal of this research is to assess the different low-cost sensors for flight altitude measuring a multirotor UAV at low flight. For optimizing sensor performances and accuracy, data filtering other methods were applied. collected stored later analysis with reference true altitude. correlation coefficient mean squared error calculated in order sensors' performance. On basis results study, it was possible determine choice adequate specific use. study showed that best characteristics experiment conditions had Garmin LIDAR-Lite V3HP Bosch Sensortech BME280 combined air humidity, atmospheric pressure, temperature sensor.
